Emphasis on evaluating complex business situations, integrating theory with practice, and presenting comprehensive strategic business plans. Prerequisites: The following prerequisites are required and strictly enforced: FIN 3300 ; MGMT 3100 ; MGMT 4500 or ACCT 4911 ; MKTG 3401 .
