Mission Statement:
The College of Education and Allied Studies (CEAS) is committed to “Preparing Leaders Committed to Social Justice and Democracy,” a commitment reflected in our mission, values and goals. The CSSC provides a range of services to those pursuing credentials, including:
- Advising regarding credential requirements in all programs;
- Screening for credential program requirements;
- Housing of student records;
- Monitoring of progress towards credentials;
- Verifying credential program completion;
- Making the official credential recommendation to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
