HSC 3720 - Medical Humanities

Units: 4
Introduction to the role of culture in health. Exploration of the importance of humanities in developing empathy, observation and self-reflection-skills necessary in health care. Human experience of illness will be explored. Prerequisites: ANTH 1000  or SOC 1000 . A-F grading only. Hybrid course.
