Development and writing of a research paper for submission to the department, which specifies its format. Supervision by a department committee, at least one of whom must be a member of the graduate faculty. Oral defense is required. Prerequisites: REC 6000 , REC 6100 , REC 6200 , REC 6300 , REC 6400 , REC 6500 , REC 6700 . Must be advanced to candidacy.
