MATH 6100 - Applied Algebra Units: 4 A survey course covering significant areas of applied algebra. Topics might include applied matrix theory, game theory, convexity and inequalities, and/or algebraic coding theory. Prerequisites: MATH 3100 or equivalent. May be repeated once for credit with consent of Mathematics Graduate Studies Committee, for a maximum of 8 units.
