MGMT 6618 - Selecting, Maintaining and Retaining Employees

Students will understand regulations regarding hiring, execute successful job analyses for job descriptions, pre-employment selection tools (e.g. behavioral interviews) with psychometric tools, develop training and employee development programs to retain employees, use motivation theory and successfully implement a performance system. Prerequisites: *See Errata chapter in this catalog concerning prerequisite update. Not open to students with credit for MGMT 4618.
