MGMT 6520 - Negotiation for Managers and Entrepreneurs Units: 4 Managerial and entrepreneurial success requires agreement and collaboration with people both within and between firms. This course will examine a broad spectrum of negotiation settings to help you develop the skills needed to best negotiate deals and resolve problems. These skills build on core communication skills to focus on conflict mapping, distributive and integrative bargaining, alternate dispute resolution methods, and cultural patterns, to develop effective tactics in negotiations.
