KIN 6670 - Training for Physical Performance Units: 4 Physiological basis of exercise training to enhance physical performance. Emphasis on aerobic, anaerobic, and resistance training principles and program design to optimize performance. Acute responses and longer-term training adaptations will be examined. May be repeated once for credit with consent of instructor, for a maximum of 8 units. A-F grading only.
