Basic information literacy concepts. Research strategies and appropriate techniques for effectively identifying, acquiring, evaluating, using, and communicating information in various formats. Sections tailored to articulate with courses in first year thematic G. E. sequences in Areas B, C, and D. Prerequisites: Enrollment in the First Year Cluster or permission of instructor. Not open to students with credit for LIBY 1551 . A-F grading only.
