HOS 4912 - Hospitality Internship and Senior Project Units: 4-12 Field experience in hospitality organization in preparation of a professional role. Supervision by agency and university personnel. Student must complete a minimum of 12 hours of credit, a total of 400 hours, and a senior project. Prerequisites: Completion of all core and elective classes, or permission of instructor. May be repeated for credit with consent of department chair, for a maximum of 24 units. CR/NC grading only. (Formerly REC 4912.)
