HSC 3100 - Introduction to Global Health

Units: 4
Overview of issues in global health with an emphasis on economically less developed countries. Prevention, transmission, pathology, and treatment of diseases such as tuberculosis, SARS, malaria, and HIV/AIDS and public health measures used to control these problems will be addressed. A-F grading only.
