CHEM 4431 - Advanced Biochemistry Laboratory

Advanced laboratory techniques in biochemistry. The focus is on biochemical procedures not covered in CHEM 4430 (advanced electrophoresis techniques, advanced protein characterization and emphasis on the analysis of nucleic acids). Prerequisites: CHEM 4413  (or concurrent), and CHEM 4430 . Six hrs. lab.
