This course focuses on applying innovative curricular and instructional strategies across practice and educational settings, including educational technologies and data analysis for continuous improvement and program evaluation.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
  1. Analyze historical, sociocultural, and environmental factors that influence nursing education and practice. styles and roles.
  2. Demonstrate integration of theoretical concepts of teaching and learning into curriculum development.
  3. Analyze the potential uses and impact of emerging technology for learning in healthcare.
  4. Demonstrate proficient skill to integrate innovative instructional strategies and technology based on needs assessment.
  5. Apply education and system evaluation methods for the assessment of program outcomes and curriculum design.
  6. Analyze curriculum design for the future regarding social responsibility and sustainability.
