Methodologies and ethics in historical research, critical analysis of source material. Completion of a significant research project.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
 

  1. Conceptualize and execute an original research project.
  2. Identify and synthesize secondary literature.
  3. Collect, organize, and analyze primary source materials.
  4. Write an interpretive historical essay.
  5. Present historical research orally and in writing.
