Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
 

  1. Calculate income taxes;
  2. improve your credit rating;
  3. develop a plan to manage your debts;
  4. identify strategies for buying, leasing, or renting high value items like cars and homes;
  5. describe home, motor vehicle, health insurance, property and life insurance;
  6. describe fundamentals for investing in stocks, bonds, and funds; and
  7. identify key consumer protection laws.
