Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
- Explain the basic principles and procedures of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Use ABA methods to measure changes in behavior.
- Assess antecedents and consequences that influence behavior.
- Analyze the effectiveness of ABA strategies for establishing new behavior, increasing behavior, and decreasing behavior.
- Evaluate ethical considerations of using ABA methods in various contexts, including respecting individual rights and cultural differences.
