MKTG 637 - Mobile Marketing and Artificial Intelligence Units: 3 This course provides an introduction to concepts and managerial tools that help leverage mobile platforms and artificial intelligence for devising and implementing an effective marketing program. Topics include mobile ecosystem, mobile advertising, automation chatbot, data-driven AI, and mobile analytics.
Prerequisites: Post-baccalaureate standing Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground, or Hybrid, or Online-Asynchronous, or Online-Synchronous. Grading: A-F grading only. Course Typically Offered: Variable Intermittently
Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
- Examine mobile/AI landscape and its implications for marketing.
- Define the importance, history and future of the mobile/AI marketing ecosystem, platforms, and best practices.
- Evaluate methodologies and tools for engaging consumer through mobile platforms, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Apply AI technology tools in understand market opportunities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and managing customer experience.
