COMM 410 - Organizing Cultures of Innovation and Empathy Units: 4 How do we create cultures of innovation and empathy? Negotiating and designing effective strategic conversations within organizations explored. Case studies of the past, present and anticipated future of organizational relationships discussed. Organizational pathologies and healthy communication re-framed with innovative perspectives.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Think critically and creatively and apply analytical and quantitative reasoning to address complex challenges and everyday problems;
- Creating alternative visions, learning from failure, and transforming existing ideas to create new solutions;
