EDUI 650 - Mobile Application Development Units: 4 Design and develop educational applications for mobile devices using a variety of standard programming languages.
Prerequisites: M.S. Educational Technology major. Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground, or Hybrid, or Online-Asynchronous. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Demonstrate a good understanding of process of developing apps for mobile devices.
- Review critically the research in the use of apps in education.
- Learn and write code in appropriate iOS operating systems.
- Develop own research interests and identify a topic for developing apps.
- Apply theories and research of instructional technology in developing own app projects.
