Investigate current trends and issues impacting management of hospitality, recreation, recreation therapy, or tourism organizations. Define a problem, write a comprehensive literature review, and develop conclusions/recommendations based on your research.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:

Investigate current trends and issues affecting management of hospitality, recreation, recreation therapy, or tourism (HRT) organizations.
Define one HRT management problem for further study and analysis.
Develop a comprehensive review and analysis of current, credible research directly related to the selected HRT industry.
Develop conclusions/recommendations based on your research.
