CMGT 620 - Legal Issues in Construction Management Units: 3 Discussion of construction contracts including legal issues arising from design and construction services such as claims and dispute resolution, liability, and state law pertaining to construction.
Prerequisites: Admission to M.S. Construction Management program. Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only.
