BIOL 415 - PCR, Sequencing and Fragment Analysis Units: 3 Laboratory course covering the theory and applications of PCR, DNA sequencing and Fragment Analysis. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
- Demonstrate safe laboratory procedures and molecular techniques;
- Design and conduct experiments using molecular techniques;
- Analyze and troubleshoot experimental data;
- Interpret data and display the obtained information in appropriate formats, such as graphs, labeled images, or tables.
