Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Discuss current research topics in skeletal tissue biomechanics.
- Discuss experimental approaches used to assess skeletal tissue mechanics.
- Understand the methodology and analysis of skeletal tissue strength and injury mechanisms in the research and clinical setting.
- Critically analyze current literature and utilize this literature to address common questions.
- Apply the knowledge of injury prevention and healing of skeletal tissue to current problems within the rehabilitation and fitness setting
