Major performance ensemble in the tradition of a collegiate choir. Audition required.

Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 8 units.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
 

  1. Students will be able to sing, alone and with others, a varied repertoire of music (Repertoire and Performance).
  2. Students will be able to read and notate music (Musicianship and Composition).
  3. Students will be able to analyze and describe music (Critical Analysis).  
  4. Students will be able to evaluate music and music performances (Critical Analysis).
  5. Students will be able to understand relationships between music, the other arts, and disciplines outside the arts (Culture).
  6. Students will be able to understand music in relation to history and culture (Culture).
