KIN 498 - Internship Units: 1 - 3 Supervised professional field experience in a setting related to kinesiology. Application of theory to practice.
Strongly Recommended Preparation: Completion of B.S. Kinesiology major core classes. Prerequisites: B.S. Kinesiology major, Junior or Senior standing and department consent. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 3 units. Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground. Grading: CR/NC grading only. Course Typically Offered: Fall & Spring
Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Apply skills and knowledge acquired in the classroom to a professional context.
- Identify the professional requirements for access to and success in the field.
