THEA 262 - Pencil and Color Sketching Units: 1 Drawing with an emphasis on costume and scenic sketching: human proportions, fabric interpretation, natural objects, building elements, and perspective.
Credit Restrictions: Only one unit may be applied to the B.A. Theatre Arts major.
Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 3 units. Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only. Course Typically Offered: Variable Intermittently
Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - interpret a character and draw them showing the importance within a script.
- apply drawing techniques that help with character and scenic development.
- draw and paint with an emphasis on communication with collaborators and the audience
