Planning, scheduling, and control of construction projects. Application of project planning techniques such as CPM and PERT. Use of computer tools for project scheduling.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:

Create and organize a construction schedule;
Apply different project planning techniques such as CPM and PERT;
Use techniques and tools needed to program and manage a schedule through use of computer software.
