MM 667 - Experiments in Storytelling Units: 3 Explores various advanced-level strategies in storytelling using theory, production, and multimedia techniques and technologies. Determined by the program coordinator and thesis committee, the topics chosen will support the first project a student will complete on his/her own.
Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 12 units. Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
- Identify a story to which theory can be applied.
- Develop strategies to best tell the story.
- Apply various techniques to tell a story.
- Produce a meaningful multimedia journalism project of social significance.
