Management and models of Early Childhood Education settings. Critical analysis of leadership topics and current issues.
Prerequisites: TED 630, TED 631, TED 632, TED 633.
Co-requisites: TED 635.
Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground, or Hybrid or Online-Asynchronous.
Grading: A-F grading only.
Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
- Demonstrate understanding of management, leadership, and professional responsibilities of Early Childhood educators.
- Apply knowledge of current issues in the field of Early Childhood Education.
- Create and implement a professional training or staff development program.
