COMM 603 - Advanced Quantitative Research Methods Units: 4 Quantitative approaches to communication social-scientific research, emphasizing applied research skills. Covers research design, statistical and data analysis, and recent advances in quantitative inquiry.
Prerequisites: COMM 304. Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Conduct original research adding to knowledge in the communication field/discipline.
- Demonstrate results of original research in the communication field/discipline through presentation in oral, written, and/or mediated formats.
- Demonstrate mastery of the field/discipline of communication.
