COMM 600 - Introduction to Graduate Study Units: 1 Introduction to the skills and attitudes relating to scholarly writing; includes approaching and justifying research, literature reviews, practice writing research proposals, conducting advanced library research, and the ethics of research.
Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Engage critical/creative thinking toward a convergent praxis of theory and applications relevant to the communication discipline/field.
- Conduct examination of literature in a subfield/discipline of communication.
- Discuss one or more areas of study relating to the field/discipline of communication.
