Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Attain a basic knowledge of the California State Physical Education Standards as they relate to fitness and self defense.
- Demonstrate an understanding of movement skills in fitness and self defense.
- Be able to combine and apply movement patterns, simple to complex in fitness and self defense activities.
- Design an assessment of skill acquisition in fitness and self defense activities.
