MATH 625 - Topics in Mathematical Physics Units: 4 Mathematical theory and methods with applications to physics. Topics such as classical mechanics, applications of PDEs, general relativity, and quantum mechanics.
Prerequisites: MATH 310 and MATH 330. Repeatability: May be repeated twice for credit, for a maximum of 12 units. Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Apply definitions and theorems of mathematical physics.
- Apply the techniques of mathematical physics to solve problems.
