Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Examine the history of police and their relationship with communities;
- Analyze issues of discretion, ethics, decision-making and morality;
- Identify specific law enforcement strategies to address substantive problems;
- Identify target-specific law enforcement strategies and their impact on the community;
- Define and discuss police policies in community relations.
