Units:2 Applied field based inquiry activities to develop advanced field skills, common to field research and professional activity in geology and the environmental sciences. Students spend extended periods in a natural, outdoor laboratory setting.
Prerequisites: GEOL/ENSC 297 and junior or senior standing. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 6 units when the content varies. Possible Instructional Methods:Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only. Cross-listed: GEOL 397.
