BUS 499 - Seminar in Strategic Business Management Units: 3 Use of business strategy concepts, tools, cases, and strategic planning to identify external influences on businesses, analyze the competitive environment in which organizations operate, assess strategic options for a firm, and craft plans for executing business strategy. Students must have application for graduation on file for department consent. Please note: effective spring 2020 this course prefix will change from BUS to MGMT.
Prerequisites: BUS 325, BUS 330, MGMT 350 and BUS 370 or ACCT 370 and University Writing Skills Requirement (UWSR) and department consent. Equivalent Quarter Course: MGMT 4650. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, Entirely On-line. Grading: A-F grading only.
