NURS 421 - Nursing Care of Adults II Practice Units: 4 This clinical practicum course provides students with experience in providing nursing care to adult patients, and their families, with complex illnesses in acute care settings, including simulation experience.
Prerequisites: B.S. Nursing major and all of: NURS 410, NURS 411, NURS 412, NURS 413, NURS 417. Co-requisites: NURS 420. Credit Restrictions: Repeated course may not count toward Major requirements. Equivalent Quarter Course: NURS 3403 and NURS 3411. Repeatability: May be repeated once for credit for a maximum of 8 units. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: CR/NC grading only.
