NURS 411 - Maternal Newborn Nursing Practice Units: 2 This course applies concepts related to the care of antepartal, intrapartal, postpartal and neonatal patients and families. The focus is application of knowledge, skills, and attitudes for evidence-based maternity nursing practice.
Prerequisites: B.S. Nursing major and all of: HDEV 380, NURS 320, NURS 321, NURS 322, NURS 323, NURS 326, NURS 327. Co-requisites: NURS 410. Credit Restrictions: Repeated course may not count toward Major requirements. Equivalent Quarter Course: NURS 3405. Repeatability: May be repeated once for credit for a maximum of 4 units. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: CR/NC grading only.
