ART 226 - History of Graphic Design Units: 3 Students identify, analyze, and contextualize works of graphic design history from the invention of writing through the digital era, with emphasis on building context for their own creative work and examining the cultural impacts of graphic design practice.
Strongly Recommended Preparation: ART 120. Equivalent Quarter Course: ART 4060. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, Entirely On-line, Hybrid (every section of this course may be taught both online and on-ground). Grading: A-F grading only.
