The minor in biostatistics is designed to provide a general background in statistics for students majoring in other areas. It is of particular value to students majoring in such disciplines as biology and health sciences. The minor in biostatistics will broaden students’ understanding of statistics with applications to biological sciences and will expand employment opportunities. The minor consists of 15 units.
