SLHS 309 - Foundations of Success in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology I Units: 2 Students will learn a variety of skills to support them through the completion of the B.S. degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology.
Prerequisites: Open to Majors only Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground. Grading: CR/NC grading only. Course Typically Offered: Fall ONLY
Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
- Create a semester-by-semester plan for graduation that includes both major and university graduate requirements.
- Create a weekly and a semester study plan.
- Develop effective study strategies for different types of courses.
- Develop effective skills for completing group assignments, presentations, and writing assignments.
- List sources of support, including campus resources and student organizations.
