BAN 672 - Business Data Visualization
Units: 3
Focus on design of insightful data visualizations and dashboards to enhance business decision-making. Emphasis on applying advanced techniques to simplify and present large datasets generated from business operations and business-relevant contexts including temporal, topical and geospatial data.
Prerequisites: BAN 601 and BAN 602.
Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground or Hybrid.
Grading: A-F grading only.
Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
- Utilize data visualization techniques and tools to transform complex data into clear visual representations
- Apply design principles and best practices in developing interactive dashboards and visualizations.
