MGMT 364 - Global Supply Chain Management Units: 3 ; Breadth Area: Diversity Concepts and tools necessary to configure and manage supply chains in a global environment. Topics include network design, strategic planning, supply chain coordination, resource allocation, capacity design, transportation management, material handling, and information technology.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
- develop a systematic framework for analyzing the behavior of large and complex supply chain networks.
- compare and contrast the motivations of suppliers, producers, and distributors in ensuring supply of raw materials and availability of finished goods.
- utilize information technology and various quantitative and qualitative approaches that reduce production, inventory and transportation costs, and improve service levels and profitability.
- apply analytic skills to evaluate the diversity and equality performance within a business environment and to identify the areas for improvement
