Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
- Describe the diverse populations who participate in the HRT field.
- Analyze their own biases and use of stereotypes and see issues and actions from perspectives that are different from their own.
- Identify how to support diverse populations in the HRT field including the assessment of the provisions provided for ADA at a specific event or program.
- Use conflict management skills in the workplace.
