MGMT 612 - Strategic Compensation and Reward Systems Units: 3 Design of compensation and benefits systems to attract, retain, and motivate top talent in dynamic organizational environments shaped by market, political, legal, and union constraints. Worker behavior responses to the structure of compensation systems are emphasized.
Prerequisites: Post-baccalaureate standing. Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground or Hybrid. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Design a compensation and benefits system to motivate workers.
