EDLD 686 - Professional and Community Development Units: 3 Professional development of staff and management of communication and information systems in schools. Examines five major themes: Organizational and cultural environment, strategic planning, ethical reflective leadership, analysis of public policy, and management of human and fiscal resources.
Prerequisites: Department consent. Possible Instructional Methods: Hybrid. Grading: A-F grading only.
