EDLD 625 - School Laws, Policies and Governance for Equitable Outcomes Units: 3 Examines statues, court cases, and the application of legal principles. Acquaints emerging school leaders with California school law as it relates to school programs, operations, students, parents, school personnel and educational practitioners.
Prerequisites: Admission to either MS Educational Leadership program, and/or the Preliminary Services Credential Program. Possible Instructional Methods: Hybrid. Grading: A-F grading only.
