MGMT 624 - Special Topics in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior Units: 3 Current issues in HRM/OB such as managing diversity, global leadership, leading change and transformation, organizational development, organizational design, and high performance management.
Prerequisites: Post-baccalaureate standing. Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground or Hybrid. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Demonstrate an understanding of the HRM/OB topics being discussed in the course.
- Conduct quality research on the HRM/OB topic at hand to develop and design HRM/OB practices and/or systems in multicultural organizations, and present it to an informed audience.
- Instructors must develop at least three subject matter specific SLOs for the selected topic of the course. Suggested topics: Managing diversity, Global Leadership (India, China, Brazil), Leading Change and Transformation, Organizational Development, Organizational Design, High Performance Management.
