Understand child and adolescent development and its relationship to human learning.
In-depth understanding of major theorists and the complex nature of learning.
Create activities that demonstrate principles of motivation and self-regulation in the classroom.
Identify personal area of concern, and apply new knowledge about learning to instructional practice.
