PSYC 340 - Developmental Psychology Units: 4 Explores human development across the lifespan. Topics include theoretical foundations of development and research pertaining to cognitive, social-emotional and personality development. Emphasis on the role of biological factors and experience in development.
Prerequisites: PSYC 200. Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground. Grading: A-F or CR/NC (student choice). Course Typically Offered: Fall & Spring
Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Recognize and contrast the major empirical findings and theories of developmental psychology.
- Understand scientific methods as applied to developmental processes.
